Communication

During your time at Utas, you may receive a letter or an email from the university that you do not understand.

If you are not sure what to do, contact a TUU Student Advocate. We can assist you to ensure that you understand and advise you on the best steps to take should you need to resolve an issue or concern.

You may be asked to see your lecturer or the Head of School.  If you are concerned about this and need support, please contact us.  We are happy to contact your school on your behalf and seek permission to attend meetings with you.
