We’ve teamed up with UTASLife and Edge Radio to bring you weekly live music from University of Tasmania musicians. Each week we’ll be inviting a local musician or two to play live on our Facebook page and you can tune in and watch from the comfort of your lounge.

We want to support students and with the live music scene changing so massively, we understand many student musicians have lost that income they would have received from playing live around Tasmania. We also want to provide entertainment for the rest of the student body and help you relax and unwind in the evenings.

If you’re a musician studying at the University of Tasmania we’d love to support you. Fill in our online form below to apply to be a part of our Live in the Lounge Room sessions. If you’re an MC who loves hosting events, we’d like to hear from you too as we’re looking for a host for our Live in the Lounge Room sessions to introduce the acts and keep the vibe going. You can fill in the form below also to express your interest in hosting. We’ll be in touch to discuss next steps.

You can fill in an online application below and if you have any video of yourself performing live music or being an MC/host please send to james.spencer@utas.edu.au
